Sprint 1
Understand the business case
Find the process improvement opportunity with the strongest business case before committing to a solution.
The work begins on-site and alongside the people closest to the process. We observe how work actually moves, document the current state, and identify the friction, workarounds, delays, and constraints affecting performance.
Then we translate what we learn into a business case: the size of the opportunity, the outcomes that matter, the practical constraints, and the strongest realistic return an improvement could create.
What happens in this sprint
- On-site observation and direct work with the customer team
- Current-state workflow and constraint analysis
- Baseline measures for cost, time, quality, risk, and capacity
- Opportunity sizing, ROI hypothesis, and success measures
